First, if you have a need to consider refunds and returns, you likely ordered a product from us. Which means we owe you a “thank you!” Nothing makes us happier than a legion of happy members of our “royal family”, and as such we promise to do our best to deliver an amazing product and customer experience and rest assured, to make right any hiccups along the way.
If you’re having second thoughts about your purchase, don’t worry; you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it and get a refund.
If our products didn’t perform for you, there’s a good chance that you haven’t found the right dosage yet. A lot of our customers who report that CBD didn’t work for their use case often times report back much more positive results with a higher dosage version of our products.
If you believe that to be the case, simply reach out to our customer support team through email at [email protected] and somebody will help you find the right CBD product and dosage for you, and to send a coupon to try that product.
Returns & Refunds
Items must be at least half full to be eligible for a refund. All of our products contain a one month (30 days) supply of the recommended serving size. This allows you to use a daily dose of the recommended serving size for two weeks to see if the product is right for you. If you’ve used a majority or all of your product, you’re not eligible for a refund or return.
To initiate a return, please send our customer support team an email at [email protected] with the subject “Return Request” and we’ll send you an address to send the products back to.
- You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment.

- Once we receive your return, a full refund will be issued
If the items in your order were gifted to you, or if we’re unable to verify your order information, you’ll receive a gift certificate for the full amount of your order. All gift items that are returned are still subject to the requirements outlined in the return policy section above.
How do I manage my subscription? What if I want to cancel?
Log in to your account on RoyalCBD.com by clicking the human icon at the top-right menu bar. On your profile, select “Subscription” under the account details.
Here, you can get insight to your current subscriptions, change your order frequency, change your potency, or cancel at any time.
